Reminders and Updates

We hope everyone is doing well and the recovery from Hurricane Beryl is going okay. By now everyone should have their electricity back on. If this is not the case for you or any of your neighbors, please let us know or call the city of Sugar Land and CenterPoint to report the continued outage.

Be considerate of your neighbor. As each of us cleans up our spaces do not make it harder for the next resident. Landscapers should not either. The city will be moving around in the community to collect debris (tree branches, torn-down fence materials, etc.) in the coming days. Each collection pile should be separated, meaning branches, leaves, and tree limbs are separated from fencing material to allow the collection process to go smoothly. The areas along the street in front of each home are the responsibility of the resident to take care of. This is a service that is free to all residents. There should be no vehicles or any items near the debris that will hamper the collection. The area around the debris should be clear.

The HOA assessments of the damage were completed and based on the results the pool remains closed until further notice and the Dive-In Movie night scheduled for this coming Saturday, 20 July is canceled. All other Social Committee events and Yard of the Month are on hold.

The Annual HOA meeting is still on track for 25 Jul at 7 pm at the clubhouse. Immediately following the annual meeting there will be a short Board meeting.

Enjoy the remainder of your week and have a safe weekend!
