Last year our Annual Meeting format was updated with Covid protocols in mind. The meeting was a success so even as we emerge from the worst of the Covid pandemic we have decided to keep the outdoor, come and go format for our 2021 meeting as well. The meeting will be Thursday, June 24th in the outdoor space between the clubhouse and tennis courts. Residents may come and go anytime between 7-8pm to speak with board members and meet other residents. There will be no formal presentation. The meeting handout (link to be updated) will include current financial reports, and an annual report of community and board activity for the past year.
New this year we will provide an online voting option (details here) as well as our usual in person voting option. As usual questions may be asked that evening in person to any board member or at any time by email. If we receive questions that may be of interest to the community, we will gather those and provide answers to those in a written update following the meeting.
