The 2019 annual assessment letter and payment coupons have been mailed. Please note, the coupons INCORRECTLY indicate a $40 late fee due on each payment on the first of the month. We apologize for any confusion this causes. There is a one-time $40 late fee that only applies if payment in full is not made by Jan. 31, 2019. The payment coupons are provided for the convenience for anyone wishing to pay in 3 monthly installments at any time during October - January. If full payment is made anytime before the Jan. 31st deadline no late fee will reply, regardless of when individual payments are made. Assessments may also be paid in one payment at any time by sending all payment coupons together.
